Advice and Planning

Our first step is to talk through your event with you so that we can fully understand your requirements. We then produce a preliminary plan, timetable and costing for your event, which is refined as the date draws near to ensure you have a well organised and enjoyable day.

Point of Contact:
To help provide a trouble free build up to the day your personal point of contact will be available throughout the planning process and will be in attendance on the day to ensure your event is trouble free.

Timetable:
Before the day we will draw up a timetable-not to provide a rigid plan, but to ensure that if things should change for any reason, everyone affected can be involved and adjust smoothly to ensure your event remains relaxed.

Extra Touches:
Classic white crockery and polished beaded cutlery are included in the menu prices and all help to contribute to a first class event we can also provide a vast range of additional items, from coloured linen napkins and tablecloths to decorative glassware and plates; we can complement any colour scheme. We are also happy to arrange first class and reliable companies for your wedding or celebration cake, hall decoration and photographer and video service and also musicians of jazz, soul, reggae and Caribbean steel band.
